The Archives of the Episcopal Church is located on the campus of the Seminary of the Southwest in Austin, Texas. The Austin repository is the Research Office of the Archives where the historical records are preserved and used by visiting researchers. While visitors are welcome, researchers are required to make an appointment to use the Archives at least three weeks ahead of a visit in order to receive the adequate support and service.
Please note: The Archives' Research Room is fully booked for onsite research appointments through General Convention 2012. Requests for appointments can be made after August 15, 2012.
The Archives' Office of Records Administration manages the contemporary records of the Episcopal Church operations at its headquarter in New York City (the Episcopal Church Center).
